Services ECC provides to:
1) Personnel services
Personnel services within the European Union for everyone, and services
for highly qualified computer specialists coming from outside the EU to
Germany.
We provide the full range of services of a recruitment agency, from job
description to final selection of the ideal candidate. If you want more

In addition to standard recruitment services, we provide special services
concerning your stay abroad.
2) Foreigners coming to Germany: Support of their stay in Germany
In Germany, supporting services for the integration of highly qualified
foreigners, coming on their own behalf or by means of a recruitment agency,
are missing or underdeveloped. German authorities are still not prepared
to satisfy the needs of these persons: easing the start of their daily
professional and private life in Germany, away from tedious bureaucratic
hurdles. In general, companies can neither afford the necessary time nor
the adequate human resources to offer these kinds of services.
ECC wants to provide additional support to the people coming from abroad,
support which should not end with signing an employment contract with
a German company. We think the foreign visitor must be assisted during
their integration into Germany, in order to limit their initial difficulties.
3) German nationals going abroad: Support of their stay
German nationals need special information if they wish to live and work
in other Member States of the European Union or in the United States,
Canada, Australia and South Africa. Unless sufficiently prepared, a stay
abroad can, in some cases, disturb not only the individual but also their
family.
We provide individual support and take into consideration every single
living and working detail guaranteeing a successful stay abroad.
4) Research on " historical " expatriation
ECC also provides, to all of the target groups, a research on the history
of their family members who left Germany in the last two centuries. This
may be necessary, for example, for the rights of succession; for discovering
German settlements in foreign countries; for finding family members; or
for obtaining German citizenship. This service includes the following
focal points:
- Inquiring into birth and death certificates kept by the Registry Office
and churches or parishes.
- Checking documents of the Navigation Authorities and private ship
companies (passenger lists, etc.).
- Contacting the experts of the Administration in charge with immigration
and citizenship law.
- Translating into German, English, French and Spanish.
ECC cooperates, if necessary, with national and international experts.
ECC keeps you in contact with immigration services within consulates and
embassies, with charity and non-profit organizations and with Chambers
of Commerce, in order to provide you the full range of services mentioned
above.
